Contact UsWild fish stocks are not growing, and demand is. Everything that is eaten beyond what the sea can give has to be farmed, and the question is only how well. That is the market ECOMAR is building into.
Land-based aquaculture is capital-intensive at the start and predictable afterwards. Once a recirculating farm runs, output no longer depends on the weather, on a fishing season or on a quota. For an investor that means a supply that can be planned, in a segment that does not shrink.
What we offer alongside the numbers is the harder part to buy: people who have built this kind of plant before, a technology package that is already in service elsewhere in Europe, and a location chosen for its water and its port rather than for the price of the land. If you would like to see the figures behind the plan, ask us and we will send the current documentation.

About Us
ECOMAR was founded by Marina Taloustan, who leads the company and represents it publicly. Her background is in business rather than in fish, and that combination is deliberate: aquaculture projects rarely fail on the biology, they fail on the planning around it.
What we are building first is the foundation, which means production capacity that actually works and a distribution network that can absorb it. Everything else follows from that.
Over the coming years the focus is on sturgeon and on black caviar, the part of the market where quality is rewarded and where a farm in Europe has a real advantage over imports. We are open to investors who want to be part of that, and we would rather show them a working plant than a brochure.

Most of what matters about a project like this does not fit on a website. Whether you are looking for a supplier, thinking about an investment, or simply want to know how a land-based farm actually works, the fastest way is to ask.
Write to us and tell us what you need. If it is about products, we will tell you what we can deliver and when. If it is about investing, we will send you the documentation and arrange a conversation with the people who are building the plant.
Fish farming looks simple from the outside and is unforgiving in practice. What decides whether a farm works is the same handful of things every time: the quality of the stock you start with, the water you keep it in, the feed, the timing of each stage, and what happens to the fish after harvest.
We have built our plan around those five, because getting four of them right is not enough.

Leveraging modern biotechnologies is crucial for the cultivation of sturgeon, ensuring that growth and development are managed effectively and sustainably.

Our operations are designed for Eco-Conscious Aquaculture, minimizing impact on natural ecosystems while maximizing our breeding success.

With a focus on quality, we aim to provide superior sturgeon that meets the high standards of our customers and partners.
Why Choose Us
The plan is a plant that earns money and does not damage the water it sits next to. Those two are usually presented as a trade-off. In a closed recirculating system they are not, because the same discipline that keeps the water clean is what keeps the fish healthy and the yield predictable.
Our focus is sturgeon and black caviar, at a quality that stands up in a demanding market. Recirculation lets us hold the conditions the fish need throughout the year, which shortens the time to market weight and keeps quality consistent from one batch to the next.
Four things decide that quality, and none of them can be added later: the species we choose, the growing technology, the health of the stock we buy in, and the feed. The plant is designed to run around the clock, because a recirculating system does not tolerate being switched off.
If you are considering an investment, we will send you the current figures and the assumptions behind them, so you can judge them yourself rather than take a number off a website.
