2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by netcup GmbH in Germany. When you open a page, the server automatically records technical data: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser and operating system. We need this data to deliver the website and to keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes and is then deleted.
3. Cloudflare
To protect the website against attacks and to deliver it quickly, all requests pass through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes your IP address and the technical request data described above on our behalf. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and fast website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be processed in the USA. Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
4. Cookies, analytics and third-party content
This website does not set cookies for visitors and does not use advertising tools. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, with one exception: to understand how the website is used and how fast it loads, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. A small script loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com records usage and performance data such as the page visited, the referring page, the browser type and loading times. According to Cloudflare, Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. The data is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. (see section 3), possibly in the USA. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working and fast website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Addresses on the contact page are plain links to Google Maps. Google receives data only if you click such a link.
5. Contact, careers and tender forms
When you send us a message through one of our forms, we process the details you enter (for example name, email address, phone number, company, your message and any file you upload). Together with your message we store the date and time, your IP address and your browser identification, to prevent misuse.
Your submission is stored on our web server and sent by email to [email protected]. A copy is sent to a mailbox operated by Google (Gmail), which may involve processing in the USA.
We use this data only to handle your request. The legal basis is the preparation or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For job applications, the legal basis is the preparation of an employment relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, Art. 88 GDPR together with national employment law).
We delete enquiries when they have been dealt with and no legal retention period applies. Applications are deleted no later than six months after the application process has ended, unless you agree to a longer retention or we enter into an employment relationship.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16), erased (Art. 17) or restricted (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). To use these rights, write to [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work. In Armenia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia (moj.am).
7. Changes
We update this policy when our website or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
